Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 September 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern use of blockatie.com and the information and services presented through it. Using the website or submitting an inquiry does not itself create a service or project contract; a separate proposal, contract, or subscription must be approved.
2. Blockatie
Blockatie provides business technology solutions including Blockatie Logistics, Blockatie eCommerce, Blockatie AI, and Custom Software & Digital Products.
3. Website Information
Blockatie aims to provide clear and accurate information. Marketing content, workflow examples, roadmap items, and scope-dependent capabilities are not contractual commitments unless expressly included in an approved proposal or contract.
4. Blockatie Logistics
Blockatie Logistics is delivery-operations management technology, not a parcel-delivery company. Actual delivery is performed by the customer, drivers, partners, or providers under the operating model. COD, settlement, and reporting functions are operational record-management tools, not regulated banking or financial services.
5. Blockatie eCommerce
Blockatie eCommerce is a commerce operations platform. It may operate independently or connect with Blockatie Logistics, external delivery providers, or external systems, subject to technical availability and agreed implementation scope.
6. Blockatie AI
Blockatie AI solutions depend on workflow, data, systems, integrations, technical and security requirements, and project scope. Roadmap and scope-dependent capabilities are not guaranteed features for every customer.
7. Custom Software & Digital Products
Websites, platforms, mobile applications, business systems, portals, APIs, integrations, and custom automation have a separate scope for each project. Displaying a solution type does not make every feature automatically available to every project.
8. Pricing
Published prices represent current prices or starting points and may be subject to setup fees, additional usage, taxes, integrations, third-party services, and custom requirements. Final price and scope become binding only in an approved proposal or contract. Enterprise and custom projects require separate quotations.
9. Consumer Rights
These terms do not cancel or reduce mandatory rights granted by Jordanian consumer law where applicable.
10. Third-Party Services
Services may depend on hosting companies, payment gateways, messaging services, delivery companies, AI providers, APIs, or app stores. Their own terms, pricing, and availability apply.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not hack or disrupt the website, exceed authorization, introduce malware, abuse forms, send spam or abusive automated requests, access unauthorized data, impersonate others, or use the website unlawfully.
12. Information Submitted by Users
Users are responsible for information accuracy and their right to share it. Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential payment data, unnecessary sensitive data, or another person’s information without authority.
13. Intellectual Property
Blockatie retains rights in its brand, content, interfaces, and original software. Proprietary materials may not be resold, copied, or distributed without permission. Ownership of software and designs developed for a custom project is defined in that project’s contract.
14. Website Availability
Blockatie makes reasonable efforts to maintain the website but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, third-party failures, network problems, or events outside its control may occur. Any SLA must be written in a separate contract.
15. Disclaimer
Website content is for general informational and commercial purposes. Refer to the approved proposal or contract for actual features, integrations, and project scope.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blockatie is not liable for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on general non-contractual website information or third-party services outside its control. No right or liability that law does not permit to be excluded is excluded.
17. Separate Agreements
Projects or subscriptions may be governed by a Proposal, Quotation, Scope of Work, Service Agreement, or Contract. If terms conflict, the project-specific agreement governs within its scope.
18. Privacy
Personal information is governed by the published Privacy Policy.
19. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes are handled by competent courts unless a valid contract provides another legally permitted arrangement.
20. Changes
Terms may be updated when the website, services, or legal requirements change. Changes do not retroactively alter rights under an active contract except as permitted by that contract and law.
