Use rights, source code and dataThe customer receives the agreed permanent right to use the platform. Blockatie retains the source code, platform intellectual property, reusable components and product architecture. Customer data remains the customer’s data.

What is the platform price?
The regular one-time platform license is JOD 2,500. The limited Founding Partner price is JOD 1,000 for the first 10 companies. It is not a monthly software license.
How does long-term support work?
Regular technical support is JOD 250 per month. Founding Partners receive it for JOD 100 per month with an initial 12-month commitment. After that period, support may be continued as needed; the permanent right to use the licensed platform remains if support is stopped.
What do I pay every year?
Hosting, domain and required infrastructure are billed separately based on the production environment.
Who owns the source code?
Blockatie retains the platform source code and intellectual property. The customer receives the agreed permanent right to use the licensed platform, while customer data remains the customer’s data.
Are custom integrations included?
Standard configuration is agreed during onboarding. Major custom integrations or development are scoped and quoted separately.
Why is this offer limited to 10 companies?
It is a launch program intended to build long-term partnerships with Blockatie’s first logistics customers and refine the platform through real operating environments.
What does Blockatie Wallet mean?
It refers only to operational balance and settlement tracking. It is not an electronic wallet, banking service, or online payment service.
Is White Label included in the license?
No. White Label and branded standalone applications are optional services with a separately agreed scope and quote.
