4. Consent
Where consent is legally required, Blockatie obtains it clearly and specifically before processing. The contact checkbox is not pre-selected. Consent covers reviewing and responding to the inquiry for no more than 12 months, unless a contractual relationship is established or law requires another period. Consent may be withdrawn in accordance with applicable law.
5. Data Retention
Inquiry information that does not become a contractual relationship is retained for a maximum of 12 months from submission. It is then deleted, hidden, or anonymized where appropriate, unless legal or contractual obligations require retention.
6. Data Sharing
Blockatie does not sell personal information. Access is limited to authorized Blockatie personnel, hosting or technical infrastructure providers where needed, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. Information is not shared for third parties’ independent marketing without an appropriate legal basis.
7. International Data Transfers
Some hosting or infrastructure services may use servers outside Jordan. Cross-border transfers are handled under applicable legal and data-protection requirements.
8. Data Security
Depending on the system, Blockatie uses HTTPS, server validation, CSRF protection, rate limiting, anti-spam controls, MySQL prepared statements, restricted database permissions, private configuration storage, and safe error handling. No electronic system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but reasonable measures are used to reduce risk.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access and understand your data, correct or update it, withdraw consent where applicable, restrict processing, request deletion or anonymization where permitted, object to certain processing, and exercise other rights under Jordanian data-protection law. The current website is primarily for businesses and professional users and is not designed to intentionally collect children’s data. A separate policy and lawful process will precede any future product requiring special rules for minors or students.
